822 SUSTAINABLE TOURISM LAW requires constant monitoring of impacts, introducing the necessary preventive and/or corrective measures whenever necessary. Sustainable tourism should also maintain a high level of tourist satisfaction and ensure a meaningful experience to the tourists, raising their awareness about sustainability issues and promoting sustainable tourism practices amongst them 11 . In Italy, after the end of the 2017, year of sustainable tourism, the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural heritage recently reiterated that tourism policies must be realized in sustainability, accessibility, innovation, which are the main issues addressed by Mibact 12 in last year and still seem to be for the next ones: “ every action of the Strategic Plan (2017-2020) must reflect on the impact that it can have on sustainability. Not only from an environmental point of view but with a 360 degree view. Setting particular attention to the economic and social part (omissis) the plan has already produced several projects on the subject of sustainability in the specific and the first is precisely that linked to the presences in the cities of art ” 13 . Projects of public origin often stimulate the interest of the private sector, much more responsive and virtuous than expected, which therefore participates with direct investments 14 . The private sector then responds to solicitations also through the application of sustainability within its business processes, both in the passive cycle (choice of tourist service providers ...), both on the active and administrative side, through the reporting of results. In Italy there are already many activities born and developed on an entrepreneurial basis with the goal of sustainability: cultural itineraries, tourism cycle, eco tourism, recovery of food and wine traditions, energy recovery in receptivity ... often managed through public-private partnerships 15 .
