Problems Raised in Relation to Minors; Conclusions; Bibliography. Introduction Wine and its consumption in Spain is associated with cultural identity elements of the territories. Wine culture is widespread and has been present in many of the activities related to festivities and commemorations. For example, we find a case in the festival Los Caballos del Vino (“Wine Horses” in Spanish), celebrated in the city of Caravaca de la Cruz, inMurcia, and associated with a religious sentiment. There are many festivals that revolve around wine, such as the grape harvest, and that are celebrated in different Spanish regions.
