INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION ON TRAVEL CONTRACTS (CCV) 1223 Agency or parties to the Statute of the International Court of Justice, until 31 December 1971. Article 34 This Convention shall be ratified and the instruments of ratification shall be deposited with the Belgian Government. Article 35 1. This Convention shall remain open for accession by any State belonging to any of the categories mentioned in Article 33. 2. The instruments of accession shall be deposited with the Belgian Government. Article 36 1. This Convention shall come into force three months after the date of the deposit of the fifth instrument of ratification or accession. 2.
