1280 COLLECTIVE COMMENTARY ABOUT THE NEW PACKAGE TRAVEL DIRECTIVE and enforcement of judgements in civil and commercial matters; in particular, it does not alter their references to travel packages as further outlined in Joined Cases C-585/08 and C-144/09 (‘Pammer’ and ‘Alpenhof ’) by the CJEU. 1.6.
