40 COLLECTIVE COMMENTARY ABOUT THE NEW PACKAGE TRAVEL DIRECTIVE On 21 October 2020, we launch not only Collective Commentary about the New PakageTravel Directive , but also Derecho del Turismo en las Américas (Tourism Law in Latin America), which celebrates the 500th anniversary of the discovery of the Strait of Magellan. It is for us a great honour and a powerful incentive, the collaboration in this project of the most prestigious European universities such as Salamanca, Sorbonne, Milan, Sassari and Calabria, as well as 66 authors, renowned academics and professionals from all Member States.
