In any case, regarding all these questions about the effectiveness of the securities in cases of insolvency we will have to wait until the moment in which the implementation of such rules begins to know how well it works in practical terms. From that moment on we may consider their effectiveness. Nevertheless, we hope that such provisions do not need to be activated, as this would be a sign that the industry is in a good economic situation and that the rights of travellers have not been affected by such undesirable situations.
