ARTICLE 28 | FRANCISCA RAMÓN FERNÁNDEZ AND CRISTINA LULL NOGUERA 579 with the implementation of Directive (EU) 2015/2302 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on package travel and linked travel arrangements, amending Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 and Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Council Directive 90/314/EEC (OJ L 326, 11.12.2015, p. 1) (‘the Act implementing the Directive on package travel and linked travel arrangements’) 100 . 21. Poland The following regulations are applied 101 : a)Act of 24November2017onpackage travel and linked travel arrangements 102 . Within the scope of its regulation, this Act implements Directive (EU) 2015/2302 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on package travel and linked travel arrangements, amending Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 and Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Council Directive 90/314/EEC (OJ L 326, 11.12.2015, p. 1). This Act shall amend the following acts: the Act of 20 May 1971 – Petty Offences Code, the Act of 7 September 1991 on the education system, the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes, the Act of 29 August 1997 on tourist services, the Act of 29 August 1997 – Banking Law, the Act of 28 March 2003 on railway transport, the Act of 22 May 2003 on compulsory insurance, the Insurance Guarantee Fund and the Polish Motor Insurers’ Bureau, the Act of 27 August 2004 on health care services financed from public funds, the Act of 16 November 2006 on the stamp duty, the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights and the Act of 25 June 2015 – Consular Law. b) Regulation of the Minister of Sports and Tourism1 of 27 December 2017 on the determination of the contribution to the Travel Guarantee Fund.
