580 COLLECTIVE COMMENTARY ABOUT THE NEW PACKAGE TRAVEL DIRECTIVE Within its regulatory scope, this Regulation implements Directive (EU) 2015/2302 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on package travel and linked travel arrangements, amending Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 and Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Council Directive 90/314/EEC (OJEU L 326 of 11 December 2015, p.1). c) Regulation of the Minister for Development and Finance of 27 December 2017 on the minimum level of insurance taken out on behalf of travellers required in connection with the activity carried out by tour operators and businesses facilitating the procurement of linked travel arrangements 104 .
