Collective Commentary about the New Package Travel Directive

The European Commission urgently needs to look into these issues and scrutinise the practical feasibility of Directive 2015/2302/EU. The question arises as to whether its objectives, in this respect, have actually been achieved. It may soon become apparent that the Directive will need to be amended, and that a workable legal framework needs to be established.
