If the provider of the related travel services provides the passenger’s transportation, the amount of the security for such provider should be at least 10% of the turnover for the related tourism services in the previous year, which should be no less than: 20,000 euros, if tourism services are provided outside of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia; 10,000 euros, if tourism services are provided within Latvia, Lithuania or Estonia; or 5,000 euros, if tourism services are provided within Latvia only. For those tour operators and providers of related tourism services that do not provide passenger’s transportation, the amount of security is at least 15,000 euros.
