In these situations, the owner of the hotel facility assumes maintenance services, night security and two receptionists; while the rest of services, such as cleaning rooms, is carried out by personnel designated by the competent Ministry of the Community Government. As for the liability regime, it should be noted that the hotel staff is exonerated from all responsibility for the care and fulfilment of the obligations assumed under this Order. The hotel ownership assumes the responsibility of its staff working on the premises and in the event of damage to the facilities, will be entitled to compensation. While the responsibility of the residents and professionals of social care housed in it is assumed in its entirety by the Government of the Community. The Region of Murcia declared the making available of hotel establishments to the regional health authority, as a consequence of the health crisis arising from the expansion of the Coronavirus in the Order of 21 March 2020 (BORM 5 no. 68); and the Government of Catalonia enabled certain hotel spaces or other appropriate premises for the use of the Catalan Health System by Resolution SLT/777/2020, of 25 March. The Catalan Health Service is empowered to enable hotels or other premises that, depending on their capacity, resources and proximity to health centres, are necessary to: a) assist patients who have to be monitored in conditions of isolation and proximity to health centres; b) provide accommodation and carry out health follow-up of patients who are assessed as unable or not advisable to remain in quarantine at home; and c) serve as accommodation for professionals who, due to their actions related to the pandemic, must find alternatives residences. 3.4.
