372 SUSTAINABLE TOURISM LAW The legal tourism adventure academic group is growing, thanks to the support of the High Courts of Justice of more than 10 countries. There are many challenges: to narrow the gap between the needs of tourism providers, customers and national tourism administrations; and simplifying the legal aspects of the activity, while allowing a strong development of adventure tourism, is one of the main purposes of the group, supplementing social, economic and environmental sustainability with a legal framework.
