5 Table 2 : Types of Accommodation in Greece (L. 4276/2014) Source: Mylonopoulos, 2016 According to Law 4276/2014, Article 1(b), Special Tourism Infrastructure Facilities are incorporated into the tourism enterprises. This Law does not specify what constitutes “special tourism infrastructure facilities” but Article 1, para. 3 refers to the following special tourism infrastructure facilities: 1) Conference or Convention Centres; 2) Golf Courses; 3) Tourist ports and Marinas; 4) Ski Centres; 5) Amusement and Theme Parks; 6) Therapeutic treatment infrastructures (therapeutic treatment facilities, therapeutic - thermal tourism centres, thalassothérapie centres, health spas); 7) Coaching and Sport Tourism Centres; 8) Mountain refuges; and 9) Annular speed - test tracks.
