17 In order to implement the Directive 2015/2302 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on package travel and linked travel arrangements, the Director of the State Tourism Department under the Ministry of Economy determined standard terms and conditions of the contract regarding organised tourist journey by the 7 August 2018 Order No. V-132. It is determined that the tour organiser or travel agent is responsible for including standard terms and conditions of the contract regarding organised travel into travel contract in that case if the contract of organised travel is concluded by the travel agent. In addition, in this order of the Director of the State Tourism Department the major parts of the contract are presented in details and discussed: parties of the contract, object of the contract, price of the journey, order and terms of the payment, obligations of travel organiser, obligations of tourist(s), termination of the contract, refusal, conditions for amendments of the contract and travel price, the change of the parties of the contract, responsibility of travel organiser, final provisions. Also, the Director of the State Tourism Department under the Ministry of Economy approved standard form for provision of information, when the contract of organised travel is concluded (form No. 1); standard form for provision of information when the seller of travel package helps the traveller to select tourism services separately and to pay separately for them during one visit (form No. 2); standard form for provision of information, when the seller of travel package services intentionally helps the tourist to acquire at least one additional tourism service from the other provider of tourism services and the additional contract is concluded during the next 24 hours after the confirmation of the first tourism service reservation (form No. 3). Under Article 12 of the Law on Tourism of the Republic of Lithuania, the ensurement of fulfilment of obligations of the travel organiser (established in Lithuania) by valid liability- related insurance and (or) financial guarantee provided by the financial institution is determined. Article 13 of the same Law identifies that the amount of the ensurement of fulfilment of obligations of the travel organiser shall be not lesser than 3,000 €.
