8 pre-orders for accommodation services (reservation); ensure that accommodated nationals of Member States and third countries, with the exception of their accompanying spouses or minor children, fill in and sign registration cards in person and prove their identity by presenting a valid identity document; to store the data provided in the registration cards for 5 years; after terminating (suspending) the provision of accommodation services, within 10 working days from the day of terminating (suspending) the provision of accommodation services, inform the institution authorised by the Government thereof and ensure compliance with the health safety requirements for accommodation services (Article 31 of the Law on Tourism of the Republic of Lithuania). The provider of non-classified accommodation services must submit a notification to the State Consumer Rights Protection Service regarding the provision of non-classified accommodation services within 10 working days from the commencement of the activity, the form of which shall be approved by the institution authorised by the Government. The notification shall include: name, surname, personal identification number, address and contact details of the natural person of the non-classified accommodation service provider or name of the legal entity, code, registered office address, contact details, type of non- classified accommodation services, name of the accommodation service object, address, coordinates of the location, contact details, number of rooms (sites, cottages) and places (Article 31 of the Law on Tourism of the Republic of Lithuania). The list of types of accommodation services (Order No. 4 -86 of the Minister of Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania of 14 February 2019) contains definitions of classified and non-classified accommodation services. According to this order, the following requirements are provided: Hotel services – classified accommodation services provided in rooms, including daily room maintenance (cleaning, housekeeping, bedding) and room service. Hotels provide additional services that require special infrastructure (such as a conference room, gym, etc.). The minimum number of rooms to be accommodated is at least 5.
