Collective Commentary about the New Package Travel Directive

DIRECTIVE (EU) 2015/2302 1329 2. They shall apply those measures from 1 July 2018. 3. When Member States adopt those measures, they shall contain a reference to this Directive or be accompanied by such a reference on the occasion of their official publication. Member States shall determine how such reference is to be made. 4. Member States shall communicate to the Commission the text of the main provisions of national law which they adopt in the field covered by this Directive. Article 29 Repeal Directive 90/314/EEC is repealed with effect from 1 July 2018. References to the repealed Directive shall be construed as references to this Directive and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table set out in Annex III. Article 30 Entry into force This Directive shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
