610 SUSTAINABLE TOURISM LAW The future regulation in the Law of tourism, leisure and hospitality of the Valencian Community (Spain) The Draft Law on Tourism, Leisure and Hospitality of the Valencian Community, of 25 October 2016 17 mentions in its art. 87 the package travels and refers to the legislation currently in force, such as Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November 2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users 18 . However, it does not refer, at any time, to Directive (EU) 2015/2302. The future modification of the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other supplementary laws The Draft Law, by which the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws is modified 19 , will incorporate Directive (EU) 2015/2302, with respect to package travel and linked travel that we have seen in the previous points of this work, and whose deadline for transposition expires on January 1 st 2018. As interesting notes of the text of modification of the Law, the following stand out: – Increase in consumer protection; – A new form of contracting services is contemplated through the Internet; – Increase of transparency; and – Some issues that had no legal framework so far are regulated. CONCLUSIONS The Directive (EU) 2015/2302 represents a new regulation of the package travel and linked travel.
