Sustainable Tourism Law

NEW INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES (ICTS) 611 of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, since the deadline for the transposition ends on January 1 st 2018. The analysis of the European Union Community regulation shows a greater protection of the consumer, who is the weaker party, and a more detailed regulation of online contracting. In the current Spanish legislation, some regulations do refer to Directive (EU) 2015/2302, but not all. It is for this reason that the transposition of the Directive will entail an adaptation of the current regulations to the community directives.
