228 WINE LAW Finally, any modification introduced after 1 August 2010, in terms of oenological practices, processes and treatments, provided for in Council Regulation (EC) 1234/2007 or Regulation (EC) 606/2009, may be applied in organic wine production only after these measures have been included as permitted in this section and, if necessary, after an evaluation process under the already mentioned article 24. 4.3. Collecting, packaging, transport and storage Operators shall ensure that organic or in-conversion products are collected, packaged, transported and stored according to the standards set out in Annex III. However, the Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts following article 54, adding new special rules for the transport and receipt of the products in question or modifying those new rules. Operators may simultaneously collect organic, in-conversion and non-organic products, but only when the appropriate measures have been adopted in order to avoid any possible mixing or exchange between organic, in-conversion and non-organic products and guarantee the identification of organic and in-conversion products. The operator will remain as the control authority or control body of the data regarding the days, hours and collection circuit, as well as the date and time of receipt of the products. Regarding the packaging and transport of products to other operators or units, operators must guarantee that the organic and in-conversion products are transported to other operators or units, including wholesalers and retailers, only in suitable and closed packages, containers or vehicles where it is impossible to replace their content without manipulation or deterioration of the seal. Moreover, they must be provided with a label in which, in addition to all the other indications provided for by Union legislation, the following data are mentioned: a) the operator’s name and address and, if different, the product’s owner or seller; b) the name of the product or a description of the compound feed accompanied by a reference to organic production; c) the name or the numerical code of the control authority or control body to which the operator reports; and d) if applicable, the identification mark of the lot, according to a marking system, either approved of at national level or agreed upon by the control
