Finally, the European Commission is expected to regularly review the lists indicated in this article and adopt implementing acts related to the authorisation or withdrawal of products and substances that can be used in organic production. 4.5. Labelling A product will be considered to include terms that refer to the organic production method, when the label, advertisement or commercial documents show terms that suggest to the buyer that the product has been obtained following the organic production standards. The terms listed in Annex IV and their derivatives and abbreviations, such as “bio” and “eco”, used singly or in combination, may be used throughout the European Union and in any of the languages listed in said Annex for labelling and advertising of products mentioned at the beginning and that comply with the provisions of this Regulation (art. 30). Products obtained during the conversion period will not be labelled or advertised as organic products or as products in-conversion. When the products bear the terms referring to the organic production method, including those labelled as in-conversion products, the label will also include the numerical code of the control authority or control body 36 on which the operator responsible for the last production operation or preparation depends. When the organic production logo of the European Union is used, the indication of the place where the agricultural raw materials were obtained must appear in the same visual field as the aforementioned logo and adopt one of the following forms, as appropriate:  “EU Agriculture” – when the agricultural raw materials have been obtained in the Union;  “Non-EU agriculture” – when the agricultural raw materials have been obtained in third countries; or  “EU/non-EU agriculture” – when a part of the agricultural raw materials has been obtained in the Union and another in a third country. 36 Concerning the control authority or control body, as defined in article 3(55) of the Regulation: an ecological control authority as defined in article 3(4), of Regulation (EU) 2017/625, or an authority recognised by the Commission or by a third country recognised by the Commission, in order to carry out controls in third countries to import organic and in-conversion products into the Union.
