18 with regard to designations of origin and protected geographical indications, traditional terms, labelling and presentation of certain vitivinicultural products. Products from the wine sector will be produced from organic raw materials. Only products and substances authorized in accordance with article 24 for use in organic production may be used to obtain products from the wine sector 35 , including during oenological practices, processes and treatments, in accordance with the conditions and restrictions established in the Regulation (EU) 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 17 December , which creates the common organization of markets for agricultural products, and in Regulation (EC) 606/2009 and, in particular, in Annex I.A) of the latter. Notwithstanding the comments in the previous paragraphs and the particular prohibitions and restrictions, only oenological practices, processes and treatments will be allowed, including the restrictions provided for in article 80 (oenological practices and analysis methods) and in article 83, section 2 (more restrictive practices to protect designations of origin or protected geographical indications), of Regulation (EU) 1308/2013, in articles 3 (authorized oenological practices and restrictions), 5 to 9 (practices sparkling wines, liqueurs, blendings, …) and 11 to 14 (on alcoholic strength, administrative rules on acidification and de-acidification, pouring of wine into lees, grape marc, pressed pulp,…) of Regulation (EC) 606/2009; and in the annexes of said Regulations, used before 1 August 2010. In any case, the use of the following oenological practices, processes and treatments is prohibited: a) partial concentration by cold, in accordance with Annex VIII, part I, section B.1, letter c), of Regulation (EU) 1308/2013; b) removal of sulfur dioxide by physical procedures, in accordance with Annex I A, point 8, of Regulation (EC) 606/2009; c) electrodialysis treatment for the tartaric stabilization of wine, in accordance with Annex I A, point 36, of Regulation (EC) 606/2009; 35 Article 24 refers to the specific rules applicable to official controls and to the measures adopted by the competent authorities in relation to plant protection products.
