19 d) partial dealcoholisation of wine, in accordance with Annex IA, point 40, of Regulation (EC) 606/2009; e) treatment with cation exchangers for the tartaric stabilization of wine, in accordance with Annex I A, point 43, of Regulation (EC) 606/2009. On the contrary, the use of the following oenological practices, processes and treatments is authorized, with the following conditions: a) heat treatments, in accordance with Annex IA, point 2, of Regulation (EC) 606/2009, provided that the temperature does not exceed 75 °C; b) centrifugation and filtration, with or without inert filter aid, in accordance with Annex IA, point 3, of Regulation (EC) 606/2009, provided that the pore size is not less than 0.2 microns. Finally, any modification introduced after 1 August 2010 in terms of oenological practices, processes and treatments provided for in Council Regulation (EC) 1234/2007, of 22 October which creates a common organisation of agricultural markets or in Regulation (EC) 606/2009 may be applied in organic wine production only after these measures have been included as permitted in this section and, if necessary, after an evaluation process in accordance with Article 24 of the Regulation. 4.3. Collecting, packaging, transport and storage Operators shall ensure that organic or in-conversion products are collected, packaged, transported and stored in accordance with the standards set out in Annex III. However, the Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 54, adding new special rules for the transport and receipt of the products in question, or modifying those new rules. Operators may simultaneously collect organic, in-conversion and non-organic products only when appropriate measures have been adopted to avoid any possible mixing or exchange between organic, in-conversion and non-organic products and to guarantee the identification of organic and in-conversion products. The operator will remain as the control authority or control body of the data regarding the days, hours and collection circuit, and the date and time of receipt of the products.
