20 Regarding the packaging and transport of products to other operators or units; operators must guarantee that organic and in-conversion products are transported to other operators or units, including wholesalers and retailers, only in suitable and closed packages, containers or vehicles where it is impossible to replace their content without manipulation or deterioration of the seal, and that they are provided with a label in which, in addition to all the other indications provided for by Union legislation, the following data are mentioned: a) the name and address of the operator and, if different, the owner or seller of the product; b) the name of the product or a description of the compound feed accompanied by a reference to organic production; c) the name or the numerical code of the control authority or control body to which the operator reports; and d) if applicable, the identification mark of the lot, in accordance with a marking system either approved of at national level or agreed on by the control authority or control body and that allows linking the lot with the records mentioned in the article 34, paragraph 5 36 . The information referred to in letters a) to d) may also be presented in an accompanying document, as long as said document can be related in a way that does not give rise to doubts with the packaging, container or vehicle for transporting the product. This accompanying document must include information related to the supplier or the carrier. On the contrary, the closure of packaging, containers or vehicles will not be required when: a) the transport is carried out directly between two operators and both are subject to the ecological control system; b) the transport includes only organic products or only products in conversion; c) the products are accompanied by a document that contains all the required information; and 36 Operators, groups of operators and subcontractors will keep records of the different activities they carry out, in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation.
