23 labelling and advertising of products mentioned at the beginning and that comply with the provisions of this Regulation (art. 30). Products that have been obtained during the conversion period will not be labelled or advertised as organic products or as products in conversion. When the products bear the terms referring to the organic production method including those labelled as in-conversion products, the labelling will also include the numerical code of the control authority 39 or control body 40 on which the operator responsible for the last production operation or preparation depends. When the organic production logo of the European Union is used, the indication of the place where the agricultural raw materials were obtained must appear in the same visual field as the aforementioned logo and adopt one of the following forms, as appropriate:  "EU Agriculture", when the agricultural raw materials have been obtained in the Union;  “Non-EU agriculture”, when the agricultural raw materials have been obtained in third countries;  “EU/non-EU agriculture”: when a part of the agricultural raw materials has been obtained in the Union and another part in a third country. In the indication of the place where the agricultural raw materials of which the product is composed were obtained, the small quantities by weight of ingredients may not be taken into account, as long as the total quantity of the ingredients that are not taken into account does not exceed 5% of the total amount by weight of agricultural raw materials. The indications "EU" and "non-EU" will not appear in a color, size or typeface that stands out from the name of the product.
