pointing out that during the period January to November 2020, Argentine wine exports have registered an increase of 34.1% in comparison with the same time in 2019 31 . Although the request for travel is still very tenuous despite the aid schedules that, since the Law of Sustainability and Reactivation 27,563 approved by the Argentine National Congress that began on September 21, 2020, for the post-pandemic era, there are protocols issued by the Cámara Empresaria Bodegas de Argentina (Argentine Chamber of Wineries), which gathers together the main small and medium sized wineries and was inspired, the protocols of the Federación Española de Vino (Spanish Wine Federation) 32 . Work was done on the “Careful Wine Tourism” concept, with the aim to update it with all measures that might be taken in the future time in order to preserve in first place people’s health and life, and to be able to communicate to future visitors the co- responsibility of winery in caring for all the people, both them and their relationships, and the employees. The same has happened at Grate Wine Capitals 33 , which has proposed standardised international protocols for wine tourism to reopen quickly after the pandemic. Enotourism is a key factor in the building of the image of Argentine wine to the world and of the consumption instance which facilitates tourist experiences at wineries. It is expected that, in the post-pandemic period, sustainable Tourism will be the axis that will drive the recovery of the local economies of Argentina.
