This Law lists in its Article 3 the specific limitations on alcohol consumption on public roads: a) The permanence and concentration of people who are consuming drinks or carrying out other activities that endanger the peaceful coexistence of citizens outside the areas of the municipal term that the City Council has established as permitted; b) Commercial activities for the supply of beverages for consumption in open spaces 19 through orders made by telephone, messaging, telematics or any other means; c) The delivery or dispensing of alcoholic beverages by commercial establishments outside the hours established by law for sale, even when the economic transaction or payment of the amount of the drinks purchased had been carried out within the permitted hours; d) The sale or dispensing of alcoholic beverages by hospitality or entertainment establishments, for consumption outside the establishment and the areas attached to them duly authorised; e) Abandon or dump, outside the garbage disposal points, in the open spaces, the containers and remains of beverages and other containers used in the leisure activities described in this Law; f) The realisation of physiological needs in open spaces or outside the services enabled for this purpose; g) The permanence and concentration of people who are consuming drinks or carrying out other activities that endanger the peaceful coexistence of citizens in areas adjacent to a health centre or in its surroundings; h) The consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors under eighteen years of age in open spaces.
