32 The 2016 Italian lawmaker also stated that, without prejudice to the more restrictive provisions of the relative specifications, for wines with or without a PDO or a PGI, if two or more vine varieties, or their synonyms, are named in the labelling to qualify the relative types of wines, the grape varieties wine shall appear in decreasing order of percentage with respect to the actual contribution of the grapes obtained from them; represent a quantity greater than 15 per cent of the total grapes used, except for the cases of indication of the varieties in the descriptive part for types of wines not identified with the name of the vines; finally, appear with characters of the same size, evidence, colour and colourimetric intensity. 4.4. Definitions, characteristics and use of particular containers The closure system of containers with a capacity of 60 litres or less must bear, indelibly and clearly visible from the outside, the name, company name or registered trademark of the bottler or producer, as defined by EU law, or, alternatively, the identification code number assigned by the ICQRF 58 , as it appears in the label above 59 . The provisions relating to the colour, shape, type, material capacity and closures of the containers, in which the DO wines are packaged, are set by EU law and by Minister Decree.
